Daniel Veksler, CT is an ATA-certified Russian>English translator, a Russia analyst and bilingual journalist at Modern Wall Street, and a Russian-American cultural mediator. He is the 2010 recipient of the Council of Jewish Emigre Community Organizations’ “Blueprint Fellowship” for an original documentary on the ‘Third Wave’ of Jewish immigrants from the Soviet Union, Insinuating Circumstances.
